ドルフィンスルー

　　千葉へフェリーで波乗り旅行

今日は、水曜日に行きました波乗りで目標にしていたことを紹介します。
それは、ドルフィンスルーです。
沖に出るには避けては通れないドルフィンスルー。
これができなくて、辞めていく方もいるほど、できなくてはいけないのですが、
かなり難しいのです。
順序としては…
１、四つんばいになって板全体を沈める
２、ノーズ（先端）を沈める
３、片方の足でテイル（後尾）を蹴りこむように沈める
４、３と同時に肘を曲げて、胸に板を引き寄せる
５、そのまま力を抜いて浮上する
これさえできれば、やっと沖デビューできます！
