皆さん、kizunaって言葉をご存知ですか？大切にしていますか？
知らない方は是非覚えてください！
私は先輩に教えて頂くまで正直、知りませんでした。

絆って、例えるなら切れそうなくらい細い糸…
その糸を自分と相手で手に持っているんだけど、当然、細い糸だから下手すれば、
切れてしまいます。また、その糸をつたってしか、情報が共有できないのです。
情報も互いが違う考えを持っていれば、とっても細い糸なので、相手まで届きません。
その糸が二人を繋げる唯一の手段なのですから、これでは絆は生まれません。
絆とはお互いの考えを共有し、リスペクトすることが大事なんです。
育った環境はひとそれぞれ違っても、考えをお互いに共有すれば、絆は必ず生まれますので、
皆さんも絆を大切にしましょう。
