前回はケリーを紹介させて頂きましたが、今回は各地の波特徴、多々戸浜編です。

ビーチ
～波の質～
コンパクトなビーチ。波質はイージー。サイズアップしてもアウトに出やすい。パワーもそれほどなく、誰でも楽しめる。
～ポイントの特徴～
コンスタントに波があって楽しめる日が多い。テトラ横は西風の後などは砂がつきやすく、三角波のような地形になりやすい。
～危険な箇所～
西風が強くサイズがある時にテトラ横ではカレントが強く、テトラに引き込まれることが多いので、非常に危険。
～注意または禁止事項など～
ローカルに最も愛されているポイント。マナーには特に気をつけること。大勢でのロングは禁止。

本日は、とても海がきれいな伊豆白浜のご紹介です。
～特徴～

スモ－ルウェ－ブのときはビギナ－でも楽しめるが、サイズアップするとカレントが強く入り続けることが多く、中・上級者向きのパワ－ブレイクになることが多い。
～危険な場所～
左側の岩崖に近づくほどにカレントが強くなり、特にサイズのあるときの岩崖のインサイドでは複雑な流れになることが多く、ビギナ－は非常に危険。また、サイズアップしたときはバレルになることがあり、見た目よりもフェイスに動きがあり癖のある波質で、ビギナ－やロングには不向き。
～注意事項～
地形に良いときなどは、1ピ－クの形の良いレフトブレイクになることが多く、伊豆全域のロ－カルでセッションすることもあるので、ル－ルとマナ－には注意。また、観光協会のバス停横の駐車場は、地元住民のための駐車場なので、ビジタ－が駐車することは厳禁。

～特徴～
南北に延びる堤防の影響で、遠浅の地形をしている為、サイズが上がってしまうと、アウトは厚くワイドでインサイドは速めの波になる。
～波の質～
全体にパワーがないが、干潮時は距離は短いが横にしっかり走れ、潮が上げている時は、トロ厚めだが岸までしっかりつなげる波が多い。
～危険な場所～
堤防付近はカレントが強く、サイズがある時は特に危険。最近は釣り人も多いので気を付ける事。
～注意事項～
ル－ルとマナ－を守る。

～波の質～
ダンパ－またはダンパ－気味の速いブレイクが多い。地形が決まればロングライドもできる。潮の干満により波質が変化しやすいので波を当てるにはマメなチェックが必要。
～危険な場所～
熱海側の浜には所々岩が露出している場所がある。ゲッティングの際やインサイドまで乗り継ぐ場合は注意しよう。
～注意事項～
前乗り禁止は勿論、「ワンマン・ワンウェ－ブ」を守らないと思わぬ事故につながり危険。路上駐車厳禁。

他の和田エリアよりウネリに敏感なため、サイズが上がりやすくカレントも発生しやすい。人が入っていない時はハ－ドになっていることが多いので避けた方が良い。
～注意事項～
週末などはすぐに駐車場は満車になり、路地などに路上駐車が多くなり、近隣住民から苦情が出ているので必ず駐車場に停める。路上駐車やスピ－ド違反の取締りが多いので注意。

湘南のビ－チブレイクの中では力がある方だが、地形が深く、インサイドで一気に掘れ上がりブレイクするため、ダンパ－または速いブレイクが多い。
～危険な場所～
サイズが上がるとパワフルなブレイクとなり、特にインサイドは危険なので、ビギナ－は入らないか、サイズの小さい大磯源二へ移動した方が良い。
～注意事項～
夏季は海水浴場のエリア規制で、大磯源二～かぶと岩周辺までサ－フィン禁止。漁港駐車場が満車または営業開始前でも路上駐車は厳禁。

比較的にショルダ－のが張ったブレイクが多く、波の良い時は掘れてパワ－のあるリッパブルなブレイクを見せ、中・上級者向きの質の高い波となる。
～危険な場所～
サイズのある時やラフなコンディションの時は、周辺でも1、2を争うほどの強いカレントが発生するので危険。
～注意事項～
通常は問題ないが、駐車場の砂が乾燥するとスタックしやすくなるので注意。また、ゴミは必ず持ち帰り、ビ－チクリ－ンに努めよう。

水深が深く、胸サイズまではインサイド寄りの掘れた速めのブレイクとなる。肩～頭サイズを越えるとミドルからのパワ－のある波が現れる。

～危険な場所～
左奥には岩場があり、ビギナ－には危険。サイズが上がると強いカレントが発生するので注意が必要。

～注意事項～
バイパス脇の路上駐車は厳禁。ゴミは必ず持ち帰ること。

～危険な場所～
堤防脇などでは、サイズが上がると強いカレントが発生することもあるので危険。

～注意事項～
ピ－クではロ－カルが厳しい時もあるので注意。また、夏場になると、左側は海水浴エリア規制が入る上、中央にかけても海の家が営業することもあり、駐車場がやや少なくなるので注意。

漁港の堤防により、北東風をかわすポイントの1つ。東京からのアクセスが良い上、コンスタントに波があるので非常に混雑し、ショ－トボ－ド、ロンクボ－ド、ボディボ－ド共に多く集まる。北～西寄りのウネリを幅広く拾い、左右堤防に囲まれているので風の影響は受けにくい。

～波の質～
基本的には力がなくトロ厚めのイ－ジ－な波が多いが、最近では右側の堤防が伸びたせいかやや地形が深くなりつつあり、サイズが上がるとダンパ－が目立つことが多くなってきた。ただし、ウネリの向きやサイズや地形により、掘れた波や形良い波などの様々なブレイクを見せる。また、南寄りのウネリだとレフト、北寄りのウネリだとライトの波が決まりやすい。

～危険な場所～
堤防周辺。また、正面でも台風の時などは特に流れが強く入るので、非常に危険。ビギナ－サ－ファ－が流される事故が多いので、要注意。また、1年を通して人が多いので、トラブルや事故も発生しやすい。

～注意事項～
ショ－トボ－ド、ロンクボ－ド、ボディボ－ド共に波乗りを楽しめるよう、ロングは左側にかけて遊ぶようにエリア分けがされている。それは、地元のサ－フショップやサ－ファ－、その他様々な関係者により、ポイントの安全と秩序を保つために決められている。片貝漁港のように、ロングとショ－トが別れている場所は日本全国を見ても少ない。このル－ルがなければ、波の取り合い等によるトラブルが多発するので、お互いに譲り合う気持ちでこのル－ルを守り、サ－フィンを楽しもう！　その他、駐車場におけるル－ルとマナ－も守ろう！　また、車上荒らしにも注意。

本日は、私が初テイクオフをした場所であります、大洗の波の特徴のご紹介です。

～特徴～
地形が深いためショアブレイクがきつい。左側堤防脇の三角波が特長。大雨の後は、那珂川の川水が入り込みカレントが強くなることも特長。

～波の質～
ビーチのわりには面が硬くパワフルな波質。全体に満潮時は波がヨレてしまうが、潮が引くと掘れて速めのブレイクとなり中～上級者向きの波。北風、東～南のウネリがベスト。春先の海水が冷たい時期も良くなることが多い。ビーチが急に深くなり、ボトムの砂が堅くあまり移動がないので、ショアブレイクのように、テイクオフポジションから急激に掘れチューブを巻くこともある。

～危険な場所～
立て網漁の漁場になっていて、操業中は波打ち際まで漁船が入って来るので、大変危険。付近に決して近づかないこと。

～注意事項～
水族館正面はビ－チだが、少し南はリ－フが隠れていて危険なので注意。

本日はカレントについてご紹介致します。
なぜ今頃、カレントなのか？と思われるかもしれませんが、カレントを知っていないと、大変な事故になりかねませんので、今回、投稿させて頂きました。
斜面を昇って岸に打ち寄せた波はブレイクし、また斜面を下って沖へと戻っていき、その海水が沖へと戻っていく流れのことをリップカレントと呼びます。
リップカレントは、真っ直ぐ戻らずにいったん横に流れて波が割れていないところ、つまり水深の深いところを通って沖へと戻る仕組みです。
もしもカレントにはまってしまった際の逃げ方ですが、決してまっすぐに戻ろうとしてはいけません。そんな時は、岸と平行にパドルを一生懸命漕ぎましょう。そうすれば、カレントから逃れられることが多いのです。ただし、波が割れているところは岸に向かって流れがあるので、最悪波に巻かれながらしてでも戻るほうが、流されて沖に出てしまい、レスキュー隊を呼ぶよりはマシだと思います。
カレントの見つけ方としましては、ビーチ全体を見渡して、波が割れていないところを探します。さらに、海面がさざ波だっているところや、堤防沿いも充分に気をつけて頂きたいです。

お気に入りのスタイルを追求するのがロングの魅力です。
ロングボードはテイクオフまでは一番優しいボードで、浮力が有り失速しにくいので波に乗るのは簡単だと言われております。ただし、ボードが大きいのでコントロールするのは一番難しいです。
チョッピーの波（風波）や大きい波、掘れる波には不向きです。
重さと長さがあり、海の中では最強の凶器となりますので、技量が無い人は空いているポイントで練習するように心がけて下さい。
たとえ上手くなっても波を独り占めするスタイルはけっして良い光景ではありませんので、マナーを守って、楽しく波乗りしましょう！！

ロングだと重く大きすぎるので力の弱い女性には海の中での取りまわしや、持ち運びに苦労しますので、ミニタンカーが女性にはおススメです。
だだテイクオフはロングには勝てませんので、出きるだけ空いているポイントで楽しみましょう。
ゆったりとしたライディングを味わえるクルージング・ボードとして、女性からベテランまで幅広い層のサーファーが楽しめるボードになっております。

実際、通常サイズのショートボードを台風時に使用すると、テイクオフすら普段に比べるとなかなか出来ません。
セミガンは、ＢＩＧウエーブ用のスペシャル・モデルなのです。
テイクオフを早くする為にボードの長さを長く、ライディング中の波の力を逃がす為にテール幅が細く作られております。また、パーリングを防ぐ為にロッカーは強めに作られております。
オーダーされる時は、どこのポイントのどれくらいの波を乗るのかをシェイパーに伝えて作るのがベストではないでしょうか。

今回はパグパフォーマーのご紹介です。初心者が波に慣れるのには一番簡単なボードだといわれています。

まずはボードのサイズ。６’１０”～７’０”が人気があります。
メーカーによって呼び名は変わりますが、ファンボードのノーズが丸いタイプで初心者には最適で、お金にゆとりのあるショートボーダーは一年目はこれで練習して海に慣れて頂ければと思います。
そして、二年目からは少し長めのショートボードで練習するのが最短の上達方法だと思います。
それを乗りこなせるようになれば、次は本格的なショートボードの練習です。
パグパフォーマーは、ノーズ幅があるので、パドルの安定感があり、ショートよりも断然楽です。
サーフボードはノーズ幅が広ければパドルが楽でセンター幅が広ければ安定感があり、テール幅が広ければ、失速しにくいボードになります。ただし、難点も…ドルフィンに関しては、技術を要するといわれております。

波のサイズはムネ～カタまでなら楽しく波乗りが出来ると思います。

サーフィン未経験者でロングを初められる人はロングの入門用として使用してみてはいかがでしょうか？

今回はファンボードをご紹介します。

パドルがショートに比べると楽な為、テイクオフが早く、敏感な動きは期待出来ませんが、ショートボードの動きも少し出来るように考案されたボードです。
波のサイズはヒザ～頭ぐらいまでがベストだといわれており、ファンボードはショートの延長線のようなものなので、ライディングは基本的にはショートボードと同じで、常に加速させる能力が必要とされます。
浮力がありドルフィンが可能な為、沖に出るにはショートより断然有利です。
しかし、動きはあまり期待しないで下さいね。ファンボードは動きを想定したボードではなく、サーフィンを楽しむ為のサーフボードなのです。

サーフィンのボードには様々な種類がありますが、今回はショートボードをご紹介致します。

運動性能があり、波質はビーチ、リーフ、波のサイズならコシ以上でサーフ出来るオールラウンドのボードです。基本的には中級者以上のボードですが、長さ、幅、厚みを変える事により、初心者でも使用可能になります。年齢が若く、運動神経、水泳力に自信のある人ならこれから初めてもいいかもしれません。
しかし、テイクオフが出来るようになるまでは苦労するといわれております。私もショートボードなのですが、今だに立てません。(私の場合、練習量が少ないこととと体重があるからですけど…)
また、浮力が無く失速しやすいので常に加速させる能力が必要とされます。ショートの難しい点です。
乗れるまではかなりの練習が必要のはずですが、いろいろな技をしたいのであれば、是非ショートボードに挑戦してみてはいかがでしょうか？

サーフィンの歴史

　今までサーフィンテクニックを紹介してきましたが、今回はサーフィンの歴史についてです。
　西暦400年頃にはサーフィンの原形のようなものが存在していたと考えられていますが、はっきりとは分かっていません。航海術に優れた古代ポリネシア人が、漁の帰りにボートを用いて波に乗る術（サーフィング）を知り、そこから木製の板に乗る様になった、というのが最も有力な説とされています。
　ヨーロッパ人で初めてサーフィンを目撃したのは、イギリス人の探検家ジェームス・クック船長だと言われており、クックは、タヒチとハワイでサーフィンを目撃し、そのことを航海日誌に書き残しています。その後、これら島々にキリスト教宣教師たちなどヨーロッパ人が移り住むようになり、宣教師たちは、布教にあたってポリネシアの文化は野蛮であるとみなし、文明化を理由に彼らの文化の一部であったサーフィンを禁止し、さらにサーフボードを取り上げて焼いてしまい、ポリネシアにおけるサーフィンは近代において一度終焉を迎えたといわれています。
　近代サーフィンは、1910年代にハワイの英雄デューク・カハナモク（100m自由形ゴールドメダリスト）が初めて木製サーフボードにフィンを付けたサーフィンを始めたのがきっかけとなりました。やがてそのスタイルが、カリフォルニア、オーストラリアへと普及していきました。
　ちなみに、日本に広まったのは、1960年代といわれています。鴨川海岸（千葉）や鵠沼海岸（藤沢）などで進駐軍の軍人がサーフィンを楽しんでいる姿を見た地元の若者が、サーフボードを借りてサーフィンをしたり、木製のサーフボードを製作するのがきっかけとなって、普及していきまして、1965年には約80名によって「日本サーフィン連盟」が設立されました。

このレイバックの最大の特徴は、やはり倒れ込むようにしてターンすることです。なぜこのようにするかといいますと、波のカールからリップにかけてのパワーゾーンで思いっきりテイルを蹴り込む為には、どうしても普通にターンしては不安定にになってしまうため、波に体を預けるようにして安定性を保ち、そしてテイルを思いっきり蹴り込んでターンさせます。
レイバックはボードを蹴り込んだ際にボードを体の下へ引き付けることが大切であり、そのためには、腹筋力が必要になります。

　エアリアルをメイクさせるためには、リップにボードをヒットさせるときに後ろ足を蹴り出すタイミングを遅らせます。つまり、波のトップを飛び越えた上空に架空のフェイスをイメージしてラインを描いてトライしてみてください！！

カービングターン ＣｕｒｖｉｎｇＴｕｒｎ

波のフェイスを走っていくと、どうしてもどこかで必ずショルダーがなくなってしまいます。すると波はサーファーを押し出す力を失い、ライディングを続けるのが難しくなってしまいます。そんなときに必要なテクニックがカービングターンです。このテクニックは大きなスケールのターンをパワフルに決めるために、玄人好みの技と言われております。以前取り上げましたカットバックと呼ばれるテクニックでよく知られてるのですが、カットバックとはいくつかのカービングターンを連結したコンビネーション技の総称です。
カービングターンによるアマチュアとプロの違いは、大きさの違いだといわれております。緩やかにトップへ向かいショルダーへアクセスすれば、フェイスを広く使うターンが可能ですので、皆さんも是非チャレンジしてみてください！！

俺は小さい波でのんびりサーフィンができればよいなんて言わずに、勇気を振り絞り、大きい波に果敢に挑戦するのはいかがでしょうか？

本日は、サーファーなら誰もが憧れるチューブライドについてです。あ～、一回でも良いからチューブをやってみたいな…なんて思いつつも勇気がなくてできない、もしくはやり方がわからないというサーファーは多いはずです。この技は誰の目にも留まる超かっこいい技であり、憧れでもあるわけです。ただし怖いです。危険が伴う技なのです。なぜなら、チューブが巻いている場所は海底がシャローな場合が多く、ひとたびワイプアウトや波に巻き上げられるようなら、たちまち自然の驚異を味わうことになってしまうのです。つまり、そう容易くその快感を味わうことはできないのである。
成功させるためにはひたすら経験と実力をつけるここといわれています。それと度胸です。
挫けずにＬｅｔ’ｓ　ｔｒｙ！！

ロールイン Ｒｏｌｌ Ｉｎ

今回はフィニッシュ技であります、ロールイン。その名の通り、崩れているリップのエッジに巻き込んでいくテクニックのことを言います。目の前に現れたクローズアウトセクションに思い切って仕掛けるテクニックである部分に関しては、以前ご紹介しましたフローターと似ています。ただし、フローターはつなぎ技であり、ロールインはフィニッシュ技として主に使われています。そのために、次のマニューバーに繋げるスピードを失ってでも、すべてのパワーを一気に放出できる派手な技とされています。
ここで、より派手にカッコよく見せるためのコツとしましては、
１、当て込むポジションの際どさ
２、当て込んだ後のボードの振り加減
３、スプレーの大きさ
この３つを意識してアクションできれば、サイコーにカッコいいはずです。
当て込むポジションは、できるだけリップのトップにボードを持っていきます。そうすることで、当て込んだ後のボトムまでの距離が長くなり、スピーディーでアグレッシブなロールインになります。
また振り加減により３６０などのコンビネーション技にもなり、幅が広がります。スプレーも振り加減により決まってきます。かっこいいロールイン目指して頑張りましょう！！

今回からは、基本からのｓｔｅｐ　ｕｐテクニックです。今までのテクニックは技の中では基本の技であり、いよいよサーフィンの華やかで豪快なテクニックをご紹介致します。
まずは、フローターと言われる技からです。フローターとは、すでに崩れてしまったスープの上に乗り上げて滑る技です。トップアクションの中では比較的初歩的であり、中級サーファーから上級サーファーへの最初の扉になります。ビジュアル的にも分かりやすく、なによりも目立つ技なので、『魅せる』サーフィンを目指しているサーファーにはもってこいの技なのです。
ただし、フローターはつなぎの技であり、得点的には高得点は期待できません。
フローターのポイントとしましては、直線的なラインを意識して、スピードを出すことです。またスープは不安定なので、重心移動やバランスもとても重要になります。
このポイントを意識して、魔法のカーペットに乗りましょう！！

オフザリップで意識する点としては、波のどこにボードを当て込むかが重要になります。正しく当て込む位置は、カールのすぐ脇のリップがメラメラとめくりあがってきているところです。ここから少しでも外れてしまうと、失敗するか、極端に成功が難しくなると言われていますので、ピンポイントで当て込むことが重要になります。これができれば、ビーチでの視線はあなたに集中するかも…

気をつけて頂きたい点としては、ボードを上げるタイミングです。このタイミングを間違えてしまうと、このテクニックは成功しません。早すぎるとボードは返らず、遅すぎるとブレイクする波の餌食になり、ワイプアウトしてしまい、怪我をしてしまう恐れもあります。ベストなタイミングはリップが少しメラメラと崩れかけるときです。このタイミングさえ覚えれば大丈夫ですので、皆さんもタイミングに気をつけてトライしましょう！！

カットバック

本日はテクニックはカットバックについてご紹介します。

最初は一気にカットバックしてカールに戻ろうとするのではなく、小さいターンを何回か繰り返しながら、最終的に１８０度ターンする練習をしてみましょう。この時視線の方向が大事になります。最終的にはカットバックに入った時から視線をカールに向けて、大きいターンでカールに戻ることを目標にしたいですが、最初のうちはあまり大きく視線を変えるとバランスを崩してワイプアウトしやすいので、少しずつ視線を動かしてみましょう。カットバックができれば、コンテストでも点数を出すことができるので、これができれば、コンテスト出場も現実味が帯びてくるかもしれませんので、頑張って覚えましょう！！

本日のテクニック講座はアップス＆ダウンスです。波のフェイスを小刻みに上下してスピードを稼ぐために行うテクニックの一つです。波を切り裂くような感覚を味わえることができ、すごく気持ちいいので、是非マスター目指して頑張りましょう。
どんな時にこのテクニックを使うかといいますと、ショルダーが張っていていち早くセクションを抜けないといけない時、つまり、波が一気に崩れてしまうような速い波のときに有効なテクニックなのです。
やり方としては、以前ご紹介しましたテイクオフとボトムターンを小刻みに繰り返すようなイメージです。
下りる時はレイルを抜き、体を縮めて、上がる時はレイルを入れて、体を伸ばします。ただし動きは小刻みに大きくする必要はありません。これができれば、より長く波を感じられますので、マスター目指して頑張りましょう！

またプルアウトは、波に板を当てる練習にもなるので、今後のステップアップにも役立ちますよ。これから紹介しますトップターンやリッピングはプルアウトの延長の技です。横に滑れるようになったら早い段階で練習しましょう。
トップアウトの注意点は波を超えるトップをしっかり見ることです。あとはしっかりと膝を曲げ、レイルを入れて、板ごとプルアウトしてください。この２点に注意して、一緒に練習しましょう！

　今回はボトムターンについてです。このボトムターンはサーフィンの基本的なターンであり、次の技に繋ぐ為に非常に重要です。慣れてくるとそれなりに出来てしまうというものでもありますが、変なクセがついてしまうと後々やっかいです。しっかりとしたボトムターンを行うことで、トップでのアクションの切れが非常によくなります。私もそうですが正しいボトムターンを覚えましょう。
　まずテイクオフ後、ゆっくりとボトムまで降りていきます。ボトムに降りる時に一つ注意があります。しっかり行き先を見てください。斜度があるところはボトムではありませんので、その時にフラットなところまで行くと決め、そこをずーっと見ていてください。次に背中が起きないよう上体をかぶせる姿勢を取ります。自分からこいだりする必要はありません。少し後ろ足をひきつけテールから圧を抜きます。その結果ノーズへの荷重がまし、板は加速して落ちて行きます。出来るだけまっすぐ降りましょう。レールを少しだけ食わせながら少しほんの少しだけフロント側に行きましょう。真下が90度だとすれば、80度位。斜面を滑っている時にフロント側のレールが入ると体が閉じる方向に動こうとします。意識して後ろ足の足首とひざを前に押し出すように曲げ、腰と肩はしっかり開いてボトムを目指してください。

　テイクオフが成功しない要因ってたくさん考えられるのですが、大前提として、その波は、テイクオフできる波ですか？私自身そうですが、がむしゃらにパドルして、波を追いかけてもテイクオフはできません。もちろんいろんな波を追いかけてチャレンジするのは大切なんですが、上手い人を見ると、追いかけた波でほぼ１００％テイクオフしますよね？パドル力とか、重心の移動とか、スタンドの速さとか細かい事はいろいろありますが、なんで、ほぼ１００％テイクオフできるかといえば、テイクオフできる波を選んでいるからです。これは当たり前何ですが、うねりだけでブレイクしない波をどれだけパドルしても絶対にテイクオフできません。テイクオフに必要なパドル力や立ち上がるコツとか、そういった技術的なことももちろん必要なんですが、波を選ぶ目を持つと、テイクオフの確立は劇的に上がります。
どんな波が乗れる波で、どんな波が乗れない波なのか、上手い人を見ていれば目は養われます。やってくる波全てに乗ってないはずです。スルーしているのは何でなのか良く見て見ましょう。
　サーフィンはどれだけの本数波に乗るかが上達を分けますから、どうせ、追いかけるなら乗れる波を追いかけましょう。波を見分ける精度が上がれば、必然的に乗れる本数が上がります。

本日は、昨日ご紹介致しました波を知ろうの中から地形を知ろうを
ピックアップ致します。
波は浅瀬に入り込んだうねりが持ち上げられて、重力に耐え切れずに
ブレイクします。海底の勾配が緩やかだと徐々に持ち上げられて、ゆっくりと
崩れる波になりやすく、逆に急勾配だと急に持ち上げられて、一気に崩れる波に
なりやすいです。また、岩や珊瑚や砂や玉石などの地形によっても変化します。
ビギナーにおススメはワイプアウトしてもそこまで痛くない砂になります。
ちなみに…私は近々、海底が珊瑚の海に果敢にも挑戦してきます。血をみるかも
しれないのですが、大変楽しみにしております。
私の果敢な挑戦の結果に乞うご期待ください！！

以上、６つのポイントを意識して海に入ると、いい波に乗れると思います。
初心者の私にとって、波乗りってこんなに考えることが多いスポーツなんだと、驚きました。

これさえできれば、やっと沖デビューできます！

育った環境はひとそれぞれ違っても、考えをお互いに共有すれば、絆は必ず生まれますので、
